TAMMARA "TAMMY" JEAN (COOLEY) NOE, 64, of Ironton, passed away unexpectedly on June 15, 2026 at her home. She was born on March 2, 1962 in Onamia. She is survived by her children, Dustin Labandz, Nicole Labandz and Melissa Bates; two brothers, two sisters and her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother, Carol Cooley and her father, Edward Cooley. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Aug. 22 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Cook Shack in Crosby Memorial Park on Serpent Lake (279 Third Avenue SW, Crosby).   Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby. koopfuneralhome. com
