Women's Club to meet Nov. 4

Karen Johnson, Crow Wing Energized Program Director, will be the featured speaker at the Cuyuna Range Women's Club meeting on Monday, Nov. 4 at Salem Lutheran Church in Deerwood. The meeting will begin at 1 p.m.
Johnson will present information on ways to maintain overall safety in the home. She will also provide information on gratitude, sleep and resiliency.
Crow Wing Energized is a grassroots movement serving Crow Wing County. The program is a collaborative effort by Essentia Health, Crow Wing County, and the State of Minnesota. The goal of Crow Wing Energized is to build upon existing community assets to improve the health of the area population. It is not a program but rather a movement. Before joining Crow Wing Energized, Johnson was the clinic manager for 34 years at Northern Orthopedics in Brainerd.
New members are welcome and encouraged to join. Dues are only $5 for the year. Treats will be provided. Guests are welcome.
