Ranger Classic results

The 11th Annual Men’s Ranger Classic Golf Tournament was held on Friday, Aug. 2 at Cuyuna Rolling Hills in Deerwood. Participants are graduates of Crosby-Ironton High School.
The results are as follows:
First Place winner low net: Tom Perpich, 67.
Second Place (tie): Don Atwater and Greg Peterson, with 68.
Third Place: Steve Sandberg, 69.
Fourth Place: Swede Christenson, 71.
Fifth Place (tie): Paul Perpich, Tom Milberry, Tom Bedard and Jim Gaviglio with 72s.
Winners for Long Putts: Paul Radosevich #8 and Frank Zima #18.
Winners for Closest to the Pin: Mark Corzine on #3; Don Mirau on #12 and Tom Perpich, #17.
Winners of the Skins Game: Radosevich, #2; Mike Heglund, #5; Roy Maiwurm, #9 and Tom Perpich, #17.
Thirty-one C-I graduates participated. A great steak dinner was served after the golf.
