Delmer "Dick" Gunter, Sr. Obit

DELMER 'DICK' GUNTER, SR., 83 of Crosby died Feb. 2, 2022 at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby. He was born Dec. 13, 1939 in Litchfield to Caroline and Delmer Gunter. He married Elna “Bunny” on Aug. 30, 1958 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Litchfield. He is a member of the Army National Guard, worked in St. Paul and Hopkins before owning and operating the Bodega Pizza in Crosby. He is a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church and the Cuyuna Range Youth Center. He is preceded in death by his wife, Elna; his parents, Caroline and Delmer; and two brothers, Jesse and Thomas. He is survived by his sons Rock Allen and Delmer “Butch” Gunter, Jr. both of Crosby and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nephews and neices; his brother Dale Gunter of Chisholm and sister Lucy (Gunter) Kern of Billings, MT. Funeral services will be held on Wendesday, July 27 at 2 p.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Crosby.
