Thomas Brian McMullen Obit

THOMAS BRIAN McMULLEN, 83, of Crosby, passed away on April 20, 2021 after a courageous battle with dementia. Tom was married to his wife and love of his life, Gloria, for 61 years. He was an awesome provider for his family. He taught his kids the gift of hard work. He was a Marine and proud of it. He attended and served at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. He served in the Knights of Columbus.
Tom was born to Archibald and Esther McMullen of West St. Paul.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Jean McMullen and Marilyn Brache.  
Tom is survived by his wife Gloria (Koller), his children: son and daughter-in-law, Thomas  and Nancy; daughters and sons-in-law: Mary and Richard Aulie, Kimberly and Mike Coyle, Robin  and Mike Soderlund and Kelly McMullen; grandsons and spouses: Steven and Allison McMullen, Robert and Bré  McMullen, Brandon Coyle, Zachary Spehar, Jacob Spehar, Isaac Spehar; granddaughters and spouses: Michelle and Matt Vogl and Suntina Spehar; great-grandson: Emmett Vogl;  great-granddaughters: Ethnie Vogl, Emry McMullen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many step/blended family members.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 30 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Crosby.  Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery with full military honors presented by the Myrin-James American Legion Post #443, Ironton.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.
